- Address Proof ( Adhar Card , Passport, Ration Card ) Self Attested Xerox Copy
- Origanal Transfer/ Migration Cerificate if Not Possible can submit after Admission Done have to give undertaking on plain Paper
- Gap Certificate ( As Per UGC Norms if having Education Gap more than 2 years on Rs.100. Stamp Paper Notarised )
