The Institute of Distance Learning is the 8th Institution under the Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune. On the recommendation of the Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC via letter no DEC/Recog./2010/2264 dt. 4th August, 2010 was accorded for 2010-2013. Thereafter every consecutive year i.e 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 we have received the letters.
For A.Y 2016-17 to 2017-18 DPUIDL has received continuation of recognition letter via letter no: UGC/DEB/DYPV/MAR/2013 dated 6th Sep 2016
