The MBA Programme has been carefully designed, in order to impart the necessary, basic managerial & leadership skills and bridge the gap between the expectations of the Industry and the actual attainment by the student. The curriculum has been designed by a selected panel of business professionals and prominent academicians and focuses extensively on business case studies and examples.
This MBA Programme is well designed with a unique combination of different management subjects and to suite the demands of the Industry today. This combination is a result of a well-thought out process which ensures a student to take the first step towards pursuing his choice of specialisation in the ever expanding vast field of management.

IDL has a mix of both internal and external faculty which provides it with a vital balance of theoretical knowledge with practical exposure. While the internal faculties take care of the nurturing and nourishment of the students, the external faculty quenches the students' thirst for knowledge with their enriched experience and wide exposure.
Valuable course materials
Course Materials provided by IDL are written by eminent personalities, industry experts, and renowned academicians and are updated regularly. These are presented to students in various formats like Printed Books, DVD's (of selected courses), Video Conferencing (plans in progress), Video Downloads (plans in progress), and E-mail Correspondence with faculty for clearing of doubts etc.
Video recorded lectures
Regular contact classes shall be held in the city of Pune (Pimpri) with faculty for better comprehension of topics. These lectures shall be video recorded and made available to students in the form of ACD's and VCD's in order to also benefit those students who have not been able to attend the classes in person. The link is also provided to the students for its easy accessibility.
Video- conferencing facilities
IDL plans on having a high-end multi-point to multi-point video conferencing system with the latest video and audio equipment supported by high speed leased lines. Currently, work is in progress and the system should be in place soon.
Web-based support systems
Web support shall be made available to students 24x7. Students can email the Institute for any of their queries, complaints, and requests in respect of the courses conducted by IDL. Communication with the Institute shall be bilateral and IDL aims to revert back to students within 48 hours of their query.
Personal contact program
An approximate of 12 Personal Contact Programs (PCP), live lectures over a period of 1 year.
